  Go rent somewhere else. They obviously don’t want your business with how they treat you. The contacts are outrageous. Rudy is a horrible person to work with. He is disrespectful. Don’t trust him. Yes, the rent is somewhat cheaper compared to other places. But with them you get what you pay for. You pay cheap rent you get a cheap gross looking home that they don’t come out to when you put in work orders.

  Rudy has always been attentive to every need we presented him or his staff, he was able to work with me in some though situations, really grateful for his willingness to help us out. Couldn't find a better property manager, but more than that a better person. Thanks for all your help.
